- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and system malfunctions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop operating systems

- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations

Qualifications
