Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for software/hardware issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for Windows/macOS environments
- Monitor network performance and security protocols using tools like SolarWinds and Kaseya
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and user manuals
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices implementation
- Support cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and virtualization
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable internet connection
