Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common office applications.
- Log and track all support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges and document solutions.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates to ensure client security and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for non-technical users, translating complex IT jargon into plain language.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Long Beach, CA area for tax purposes.
