Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and system performance
- Configure and maintain company-issued equipment including laptops and peripherals
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct remote system updates and security patches
