Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe medical/legal/audio recordings into formatted documents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Utilize provided transcription software and equipment efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining 98%+ accuracy
- Format documents according to client specifications (templates provided)
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology accuracy

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven ability to type 80+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (BLS/CCS certification preferred)
