Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to clients via phone and chat.
- Document all interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistent service.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during virtual interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous customer service experience in a technical or support role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, including Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
