Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise web applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing across multiple time zones
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers via async/sync communication
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders remotely
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong remote collaboration skills across time zones
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
