Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS/GCP and modern JavaScript/Python stacks
- Lead code reviews and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Jira and Slack
- Optimize system performance (99.9% uptime SLA)
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual pairing sessions
- Conduct quarterly tech presentations to leadership
- Contribute to open-source projects with 20% innovation time
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python/Django
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong background in CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design
