Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
- Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues via ticketing systems
- Document solutions using knowledge base tools and contribute to internal wikis
- Collaborate with global teams during weekend shifts for urgent escalations
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices for remote access protocols
- Mentor junior team members through virtual workshops and peer reviews
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Teams)
