Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic client retention plans to achieve 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Proactively onboard and train new clients on our SaaS platform
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Resolve escalated client issues with SLA adherence
- Analyze usage data to optimize client adoption and retention
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and client health scores
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B customer success or account management
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with SaaS products or tech industry preferred
