- Transcribe complex audio/video recordings with 98.5%+ accuracy across medical, legal, and research domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive patient/client information
- Utilize advanced transcription software (Express Scribe, Otter.ai) with efficiency
- Format documents according to client-specific style guides (APA, AMA, etc.)
- Research and resolve unfamiliar terminology through specialized dictionaries
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate with proofreaders to ensure final deliverable perfection
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience in medical/legal/research fields
- Proven typing speed of 85+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Expert knowledge of medical terminology (BLS/CMT preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based platforms
