Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience with verifiable portfolio
- Proven typing speed of 80+ WPM with 99% accuracy in timed assessments
- Expert command of English grammar, punctuation, and medical/legal terminology
- Proficiency in Express Scribe, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe challenging accents and background-noise recordings
