Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI, or biotech
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (Harvard/MIT/Forbes)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking preferred
