- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and integrate futuristic technologies into current product pipelines.
- Lead internal workshops on future skills and digital literacy to prepare the workforce for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological shifts.
- Communicate complex future scenarios to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and automation trends.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
