Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other major ML frameworks; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-level architectural challenges.
