Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to develop market-disrupting products and services
- Conduct scenario planning for global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing)
- Design immersive future-state simulations for C-suite decision-making
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from public and private institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or C-suite innovation leadership
- Published author on disruptive technologies or long-term forecasting
- Advanced certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling ventures with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity theory, and behavioral economics
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Swahili for global engagement
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 10-year strategic implementations
