Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Expertise in distributed ledger technologies and zero-knowledge proofs
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with published research
- Proven track record of deploying mission-critical systems at scale
- Deep understanding of neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure quantum services and blockchain architecture
