Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance cloud-native systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical transition from legacy monoliths to distributed microservices architectures.
- Define best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy in a future-forward environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and developers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and feasibility studies for upcoming 2026 product launches.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed system design patterns.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
