Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic scalability.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure, optimizing performance, reducing latency, and ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- DevOps & Automation: Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and security automation to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, AI Agents) to integrate into our core ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Architecture Patterns: Proven track record in designing complex microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
