Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architectures: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable systems optimized for quantum computing integration and edge computing environments.
- AI Strategy: Define the roadmap for integrating generative AI into core product workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Holographic Displays) and prototype viable solutions.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof microservices architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum throughput.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging tech trends, including AI/ML, Blockchain, or IoT.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and devise elegant, scalable solutions for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
