Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap for AI integration and autonomous systems.
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation machine learning models designed for high-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype futuristic interfaces and human-computer interaction paradigms.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all future-tech implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies that could redefine our industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to production launch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible data governance.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterβs preferred).
