Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures that integrate seamlessly with next-generation AI and quantum computing protocols.
- Lead Technology Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks to protect proprietary data against evolving cyber threats and quantum decryption methods.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with AI/ML frameworks is highly desirable.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically related to the Year 2026 horizon (e.g., advanced AI, decentralized systems).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
