Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the core technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs' proprietary Quantum-AI hybrid ecosystem, focusing on scalability and stability.
- System Design: Design and prototype high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale neural networks in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into neuromorphic computing and quantum error correction to ensure long-term technological viability.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and guiding the development of junior talent.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product leadership to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of rigorous security protocols for sensitive data processing and neural interface communication.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with demonstrated experience in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of architecting complex, scalable solutions for ambiguous or undefined technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: A visionary mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and a history of driving innovation.
