- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead incubation of emerging technologies with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent portfolio development (target: 10+ filings annually)
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching enterprise-scale AI/ML products
- Expertise in emerging tech landscape (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
