Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes for 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year commercialization potential

- Collaborate with C-suite to align R&D with global sustainability targets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record of commercializing futuristic tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Physics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and distributed global teams
