Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent development for emerging technologies (target: 8+ patents/year)
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Tech Council
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, CES, and Web Summit
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years experience in R&D leadership with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ commercialized quantum/AI products
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and carbon-neutral tech
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow/Keras
- Validated ability to secure $10M+ in government/private grants
