Responsibilities

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley or Austin tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent experience
- Certification in futures thinking or innovation management preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
