Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Nexus Horizon, specifically focusing on advancements leading up to 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technical hypotheses before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Industry Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, engineering management, or technical strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud infrastructure, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into competitive business advantages.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous, high-complexity problems with innovative solutions.
