Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for the Year 2026, identifying key technological milestones and infrastructure upgrades.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Security Protocols.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a diverse team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all futuristic implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Trend Awareness: Demonstrated ability to forecast and adapt to future tech trends, specifically relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
