Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead the strategic evaluation and integration of emerging future tech trends (e.g., quantum-ready infrastructure, next-gen ML models) into core business operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of technical leads and engineers.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment and data privacy.
- Conduct market analysis to identify competitive advantages through future tech adoption.
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with a focus on AI and future tech.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or technical strategy initiatives.
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalability.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification in AI Strategy or Data Science is a plus.
