Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI agents, spatial computing, and quantum integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle next-gen workloads and data processing.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee R&D partnerships with top universities and tech labs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and product launches.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
