Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration by 2026.
- Lead Future Tech Initiatives: Spearhead research and development into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge IoT networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical strategies that align with our 5-year vision and 2026 milestones.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration to microservices architectures and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical global platforms.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Futuristic Skills: Proven track record implementing AI/ML models and understanding of blockchain or quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
