Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-gen AI, IoT, and blockchain solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Quantify ROI of emerging tech initiatives through data-driven business cases
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading AI/automation, quantum computing, or Web3 initiatives
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
