Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology roadmaps anticipating 2026 market demands
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech adoption across industries
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board of directors securing $50M+ annual budgets
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, IEEE 2026 committees, and global tech accelerators
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures (2020-2025)
- Track record of launching technologies adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in ethical AI governance, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Speaker credentials at Web Summit, CES, or World Economic Forum events
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., foresight.org or Singularity University)
