Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks (UN SDGs alignment preferred)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance for government collaborative projects
