- Lead cross-functional teams to implement emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026 technological disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of future-facing technologies
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing implementation
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ employees
- Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, and blockchain architecture
