Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate-tech domains
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience managing global innovation teams and budgets >$1M
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech frameworks
