Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AR/VR)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for disruptive technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech vision and execution plans to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for future-tech investments
- Mentor R&D teams in translating theoretical concepts into market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching innovative products at scale
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certifications in strategic management or emerging tech (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning)
