Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to implement strategic initiatives
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions for innovation scouting
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
