Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, decentralized AI) into product ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of next-gen tech developments (post-quantum cryptography, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term vision and ESG principles
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech governance
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives for breakthrough technologies with potential 10x business impact
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI architectures, biotechnology interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Track record of successfully launching futuristic technologies with measurable business impact
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred; MBA from top-tier institution a plus
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or peer-reviewed research in emerging fields
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and data visualization tools
