Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab collaborators and NASA engineers
- Develop patent portfolios for next-gen human-AI symbiosis interfaces
- Present strategic frameworks to Fortune 100 C-suite executives and UN Technology Policy Council
- Manage $500K annual innovation budget for experimental prototyping
- Author white papers published in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or Bioengineering (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years leading enterprise-level tech strategy with proven $100M+ impact
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) or granted AI/neurotech patents
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks (UNESCO, IEEE 7000 series)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA programs or similar high-stakes innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technological implementations
