- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market analysis and patent research
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks to accelerate prototype-to-production cycles
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a dedicated innovation lab team and $5M annual R&D budget
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets over $3M
