Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, biometric AI, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for next-gen R&D
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products using quantum or AI technologies
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and climate-positive innovation models
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Certified in Quantum Computing Strategy (QCS) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
