- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies across engineering teams
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certifications in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
