Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify emerging tech vectors (Web4, quantum-resistant cryptography, neuro interfaces)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with 5-year impact projections
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly pivot mechanisms
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on exclusive research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact cycles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell's scenarios, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futurology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech innovations with >$100M market impact
