Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present executive briefings on technological implications and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of innovation through hackathons and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive experience with budget >$50M and global stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
