Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability and integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize future innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to source cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future tech adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: AI, quantum computing, Web3, or spatial computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
