Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum AI, biocomputing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams of 15+ specialists across 3 continents
- Secure $10M+ in federal innovation grants for emerging tech initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios with 20+ annual filings in next-gen computing
- Partner with Fortune 50 CTOs to shape industry standards
- Present at Davos and global tech summits representing InnovateNext
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of shipping 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Secured $50M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant prototype implementations
