Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-tech solutions
- Present innovation insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry talks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Experience developing future scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles preferred)
