Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.) for adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Create executive-level technology roadmaps with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic innovation (e.g., CEH, CIPM, PMP)
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products/services
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
